Instructions for using your Steam account offline:
1. run steam -. as an administrator - IMPORTANT!


2. Log in to your account by using data in LOGIN/PASSWORD format

4. Install the game title of your choice and wait until download is complete, then switch to offline mode by selecting at the top left steam, select: Go offline, launch the purchased game title.

1.2 Run steam as an administrator, then log in to your steam account again.
