Phone activation

Phone activation instructions:

1. Open an application, such as Word.

2. Select Online activation (In case of an error 0xC004C060 or If the key is incorrect, please contact us (To replace the key, do not continue with the activation process!)




If the activation window does not appear, select: Account / Change License / Use a different account / I have a product key(Enter the key you purchased here), then: Activate / Online Activation
(If you encounter error0xC004C060, contact us to have the key replaced; do not continue with the activation process!).

(If the activation option still does not appear, sign out of your Microsoft account in the Account tab and restart the application)

3. Click Back and select Phone activation.

4. Select region (Poland) and Call the toll-free number listed in the activation wizard (This should be the number: 00 800 121 1654).

After at the 20-second mark (After the word " To consent to the recording "Click: 2

You may be asked to enter a verification code here (Anti-bot), will be the specified 3 digits which you need to enter.

Please wait 5–20 seconds (After in other words "  To activate Windows ") and click 3 and 1

Between 15–25 seconds (After the word " at the operator's rates ") and click 1

Please wait 5 seconds or more and hang up


Go to link which you received via text message (Please wait up to 1 minute.)


5. Select the following options:
- Microsoft Office  

- Windows   
- Office 2019 or Office 2016  



7. Type the numbers Go to the website provided in the text message and select Upload.



6. Type " 0 "when it asks for the number of activations."

7. Rewrite ID received to the window in step 3 and confirm (You can take a screenshot of the ID you received to reactivate the package.)




All done—the product has been activated!
