Telephone activation instructions:

1. Launch the application, e.g. Word.

2. Choose Activate via the internet (In case of error 0xC004C060 or Invalid key, contact us to exchange the key, do not continue the activation process!).




If the activation window does not appear, choose: Account / Change license / Use another account / I have a product key (Enter the purchased key here) then: Activate / Activate via the internet
(In case of error 0xC004C060 contact us to exchange the key, do not continue the activation process!).

(If the activation option still does not appear, sign out of the Microsoft account in the account tab and restart the application)

3. Click Back and select Phone activation.

4. Choose region (Poland) and call the free second number in the activation wizard (It should be the number: 00 800 121 1654).

After the 20th second (After the word To give consent to recording ) click: 2

Here it may be required to enter a verification code (Anti-robot), you will hear 3 digits which you must enter.

Wait 5-20 seconds (After word "  To activate Windows ) and click 3 and 1

Between the 15th and 25th second (After the word according to the operator’s rate ) and click 1

Wait 5 seconds or more and hang up


Go to the link which you received via SMS message (You should wait up to 1 minute).


5. Select the following options:
- Microsoft Office  

- Windows 
- Office 2019 or Office 2016  



7. Copy the digits to the page received in the SMS and select Submit.



6. Enter 0 when asked for the number of activations.

7. Copy the received ID to the step 3 window and confirm (You can take a screenshot of the received ID for reactivating the package).




Done, the product has been activated!
