Before submitting a complaint make sure the system is the correct version e.g. the Windows 10 Pro key is used on a Windows 10 Pro system (error xc004f050 - incorrect version) and that the internet is enabled, it is recommended to provide the error code in the complaint.

Windows 10 installation instructions:

1. Create an installation media using this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209
To create the media, download the tool from the above link, connect a media (USB flash drive at leastPendrive at least 8 GB or DVD disc with capacity at least 8 GBthen run the program, then select the options in order:
Accept / Create installation media / Next / Next / USB flash drive / Next

The recommended installation is the 64-bit version 64-bit - minimum required 4 GB RAM, for version 32-bit - minimum required 2 GB RAM. (32-bit version installation is not recommended)

2. Connect the installation media, start the device, if the installer appeared proceed to step 4.

If the installer did not appear, turn off and on the device and immediately press the button: F9, F10, or DELETE
Depending on the motherboard manufacturer, these are different buttons, usually: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F9, F10, DELETE
(During system startup, there is usually information which buttons can be pressed) 

3. Go to the BOOT section, then set the system media first, then save save (Usually the key F10) and restart the device.

4. In the system installer, select language, time format, keyboard layout, and select Next ", " Install now enter the purchased key.

OR select I don’t have a product key and select the appropriate system version WITHOUT letters N.

5. Check I accept the license terms and click Next , after installing the system remove the installation media and restart the device.
