Windows 11 Installation Guide:

To create a media file, download the tool from the link above, connect the media file (USB flash drive at least 8 GB or DVD with a capacity of at least 8 GB) Then launch the program and select the following options in order:
Accept / Create installation media / Next / Next / USB flash drive / Next

We recommend installing the system in the 64-bit - minimum requirement 4 GB RAM, for the version 32-bit - minimum requirement 2 GB of RAM. (We do not recommend installing the 32-bit version)

2. Insert the installation media, start the device, if The system installer arrived Go to step 4.
