Thank you for purchasing Office 365 Pro Plus. Account:

Your account won't be detected if you use the LIVE website (Sometimes the office.com website redirects you incorrectly)
You cannot use your own account; you must use the one you purchased.
Instructions for Windows / macOS:
1. Log in to your account via the website https://login.microsoftonline.com/
2. Change the one-time password to your own.
3. To install the suite, select "Applications" on the left and then " Install Office Suite."
4. Install the downloaded suite and log in to your purchased account in an application, such as Word, to activate the suite.
5. After logging in to the application, restart the application (e.g., Word) to activate the suite.
Installation instructions for iOS and Android mobile devices:
1. Log in to your account via the websitehttps://login.microsoftonline.com/
2. Change the one-time password to your own.
3. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
4. Log in to your account in the app.
Note! The purchased account does not activate Office 2019, 2016, etc.
The account allows you to activate ONLY the Office 365 suite.
You must change your password the first time; you cannot change it again.
Additional information:
It is recommended to share the OneDrive folder to ensure that your data is not lost. (Right-click/Share via OneDrive)
You cannot create your own account; you must use the purchased account to activate the suite!
The suite can be used in a browser (not recommended).

Technical support came through. I got a response via the form right away. It turned out I just needed to use a browser other than Chrome. Everything is working now.

After logging in, click on your account in the bottom-left corner and select "View Account." Once the page opens, you'll see the option to install the Office suite.
