Instructions for using your Steam account offline:
1. launch steam - as administrator - IMPORTANT!


2. Log in to your account by using data in LOGIN/PASSWORD format

3. Choose a game To the left in the library, pull the belt apart and select " This computer ", then select the " Install " or " Play ". 


4. Install the game title of your choice and wait until download is complete, then switch to offline mode by selecting at the top left steam, select: Go offline, launch the purchased game title.

1.1 In this situation, disable steam applications completely - as in the picture below.

1.2 Run steam as an administrator, then log in to your steam account again.
