Logging into the Microsoft Teams application

Just like with other services enabling team communication, a similar mechanism occurs in Microsoft Teams — logging in is very simple, and the entire process takes just a few or several dozen seconds. 

Let’s start with a quick reminder of what Teams actually is. 

Microsoft Teams — what is it?

Microsoft Teams is a platform for professional communication and collaboration, facilitating coordination of actions within a team. With Teams, users can hold video conferences, exchange text messages, share files, and collaborate on them in real time. The platform also integrates with other Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, enabling smooth transitions between them and content sharing.

Popular “Teams” offer login in two ways — you can either use the app or log in through a web browser without installing any programs on your computer. In both cases, you need a Microsoft account to use the service.

Let’s start with the app version on the Microsoft Windows platform.

Teams — logging in via the app

1. Launch the Teams app. If you have logged in before, a list of accounts will appear. If not, you need to enter your Microsoft login.

2. Next, enter the password assigned to the Microsoft account.

3. The system may ask for a PIN code. Enter the system code — this refers to the Windows PIN you are currently logging in on.

4. Click “Continue.”

1. Go to the service page — you can find it at many addresses, the simplest way is to just type teams.com in the address bar. Click “sign in” in the top right corner.

2. Enter your Microsoft account login.

3. Enter your Microsoft account password.

4. Done!

As you can see, the process is very fast with Teams — log in via the browser or app and enjoy the communication possibilities of this service. Regardless of which version you choose, it’s worth using activation keys for different versions of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows in the Key-Soft.pl store. Is Teams paid?

You can use the free version of the service — the limitations are not too inconvenient (the biggest is probably the meeting length limited to 60 minutes). Paid versions are also available, included in Microsoft 365 suites.
